I am a counsellor, educator, and author. I aim to promote greater social and ecological well-being for both individuals and communities. I believe that wellness is a holistic endeavour that includes healthy ways of living with the land and community.
The work of becoming human starts with cultivating awareness and a spacious attitude toward self and others. A meditator in the Zen tradition for over 20 years, I find wisdom in forests, waters, music and poetry.
